History
In these modern times of fast social and economic business evolution, people need to develop themselves in all possible ways. Marc Ramault (of Cross International) was convinced that by organizing Top Management Meetings key people would get the opportunity to meet innovative top managers from different companies and sectors, from large or small companies. In this way they could expand their knowledge on market evolutions and its effects on the strategy of a company. They would have a better insight in the problems that companies encounter in a changing business environment, and in the creativity through which ideas are transformed into clear actions and performances. As a result, business people would get the opportunity to learn a lot about how to manage a company with even more success.
next pagePurpose
Marc organized the first Top Management Meeting in 1989 and has been repeating this formula successfully three to four times a year.
The reason for the success comes from the right approach. In an intimate and open-minded atmosphere, a prominent speaker is invited to talk about an actual hot topic and the ongoing problems and solutions in his area of expertise, all of which are animated by personal stories. During the event attendees have plenty of opportunities to exchange views and discuss opinions. The exchange of information forms a strong base for innovation, progress and doing business more efficiently and successfully. Of course, the Top Management Meetings are not only a good opportunity to share insights on current matters but they are also a place where you can make acquaintance with other business professionals.
next pageLocation
The Top Management Meetings are traditionally organized in a quiet and lovely location. Most events were located in De Warande because this location has always performed to the necessary standards: large rooms in a beautiful and overwhelming classic style, excellent cuisine and client-friendly personnel.
next pageFuture prospects
Because of the great success of the previous editions, Marc Ramault plans to continue organizing the Top Management Meetings. In the 21st Century, innovative management has no more boundaries: there is always something business people can learn from each other.
